The founder of H3 Care Solutions, ir. Luc Hantson, has more than 35 years of experience and expertise in the strategic development of health care, welfare care, child and youth care and mental health care. Before the establishment of H3 Care Solutions, Luc was active as director of planning and logistics at the AZ Glorieux in Ronse. He is also a member of various advisory boards and companies active in the field of health and well-being, as well as in the field of the digitization of the healthcare sector in the broadest sense of the word.

As a civil and industrial engineer, Luc always strives to meet the needs and needs of the healthcare stakeholders in an innovative, transparent and ethical way. His social commitment, drive and passion ensure a high degree of professionalism and involvement in every project.
